“Gwyneth Paltrow’s private club, the Arts Club, is set to bring a new level of luxury to the Sunset Strip. The plans for this exclusive club, supported by Paltrow and her business partner Gary Landesberg, have just been revealed. The club, originally founded in London in 1863, will rise to nine stories in its new 132,000-square-foot building, replacing the current Hustler Store location. The facility will include a private rooftop pool, terrace, restaurant, and even a helipad.

The first four floors of the building will house creative office spaces and a gallery, while the upper floors will be dedicated to the club. The fifth floor will feature a dining terrace, screening room, and gym. The sixth floor will have 15 guest rooms for members, and the seventh floor will include a restaurant, terrace, and lounge. The eighth floor will boast a Japanese-Latino fusion restaurant. The building’s facade will be designed with vertical aluminum fins that undulate and rotate, adding a unique architectural touch.

Membership at the London branch of the Arts Club costs $2,000 to join, with an additional $2,000 in annual dues. To become a member of the Sunset Strip location, applicants must be nominated by an existing member and have an interest in art, literature, or science.”
