Miami Welcomes Nobu Hotel in 2015

“Miami is about to get even hotter with the upcoming launch of Nobu Hotels and Eden Roc Miami Beach in 2015. This new Nobu Hotel, a collaboration between Chef Nobu, Academy Award-winner Robert De Niro, and Hollywood producer Meir Teper, will feature the largest Nobu Restaurant and Bar Lounge in the world.

As part of a multi-million dollar renovation of Eden Roc Miami Beach, the hotel will offer a “”hotel within a hotel”” concept similar to Nobu’s first location at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. It will have 210 guest rooms, a signature Nobu restaurant and bar, a new beachfront restaurant, unique room service (possibly sushi!), 20,000 square feet of spa and fitness facilities, event spaces, and two pools.

We’re particularly excited about the 15th-floor Penthouse suites, which will offer panoramic city views and are inspired by the Villa at Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace.

What sets this Nobu Hotel apart from the rest of Eden Roc? Guests will have VIP access to the Nobu Hotel Pool and lounge, offering stunning beach and sea views, and a separate guest tower. We also suspect guests might get perks like guaranteed reservations at Nobu, similar to what’s offered at the Vegas location, though this isn’t confirmed yet.

Trevor Horwell, Chief Executive of Nobu Hospitality, expressed excitement about creating this luxury property at the iconic Eden Roc, aiming to blend fun and luxury for a unique Miami experience.

Currently, only renderings are available, but they look fantastic. What do you think?”
