“Concrete Architectural Associates designed the citizenM Hotel in London, creating a vibrant and colorful space that exudes energy. Located just south of Tate Modern, the hotel is a tribute to contemporary art, showcasing impressive works by creative minds from around the world.

The ground floor features an open-plan lobby designed to resemble the living room of a well-traveled individual. The space is carefully thought out, combining elegance with exuberance, and was created in collaboration with the renowned furniture design company Vitra. The hotel’s interior boasts works by artists like Gavin Turk and Mario Testino, a striking floor-to-ceiling mural by Assume Vivid Astro Focus (AVAF), and a text installation on the facade by Mark Titchner, all adding to the building’s artistic appeal.

Hotel amenities include 24-hour staff availability, soundproof and non-smoking rooms, facilities for disabled guests, an elevator, a safety deposit box, air conditioning, luggage storage, and ample closet space.
