“Feeling hungry? The Bellagio in Las Vegas is now offering an all-you-can-eat caviar buffet, making it a permanent feature after a successful trial run. According to the Las Vegas Sun, the buffet includes a variety of caviar options like black American sturgeon, red flying fish tobiko, and salmon roe, all available for $38 (€29).
However, unlike typical buffets where diners can pile their plates high, this caviar experience is a bit more refined. A ‘chef attendant’ is present to serve the caviar on house-made blinis, buckwheat waffles, freshly rolled sushi, and Ahi tuna cones. Garnishes such as chopped egg, onions, and crème fraîche are also available to complement the caviar.
This addition is part of Bellagio’s response to other luxury hotels along The Strip, like Caesars Palace and Aria, which have introduced new or revamped buffet services. You can indulge in the Bellagio’s caviar buffet on Fridays and Saturdays from 3:30 pm to 10 pm.”
