Since 1962, Abercrombie & Kent has been offering luxurious travel packages to exotic destinations. It’s common to see promotions like “Save up to $4,500 per Person in India” on their website, which gives an idea of the overall cost of these high-end experiences. Recently, the company has expanded its focus with a new website, akphilanthropy.org, and a nonprofit branch called Abercrombie & Kent Philanthropy (AKP). Through AKP, the company is partnering with 50 projects worldwide that travelers can support, ranging from conservation efforts in Kenya to clean water programs in Cambodia. Abercrombie & Kent assures that 100 percent of donations go directly to the specified projects.
