You agree to employ ADSLINK purely for legitimate workflow tasks. Your automation scripts must strictly respect API usage boundaries, concurrent payload rate rules, and Terms of Service policies enforced by the respective host platforms.
You retain total accountability for securing your pipeline keys, deployment parameters, and generated tokens. Any data mutations or programmatic tasks executed under your authorized token identity are completely your responsibility.
ADSLINK provides automation routing services strictly on an "as-is" basis without express availability warranties. We hold no liability for optimization interruptions, temporary API throttling, platform status fluctuations, or programmatic sync gaps occurring on interconnected endpoints.
We preserve the administrative right to freeze specific user sync nodes if we identify irregular automated request behavior that breaks third-party platform guidelines or compromises system security.
